Beautiful beachfront with friendly staff offering exceptional service! ! Enjoyed relaxing near a stunning pool and an unforgettable black sand beach just steps away.

The rooms left much to be desired, with unpleasant odors and cleanliness issues detracting from the experience.

Beachfront with Amazing Hospitality

Our stay at Jaco Laguna Resort was thoroughly enjoyable. The location offered a beautiful beach perfect for swimming, and the staff, especially Krissia, were incredibly attentive and made our dining experience delightful. The kids loved the hamburgers and we were thrilled with the steak and shrimp dishes. It was nice having easy access to surfing lessons right on the beach, making our family vacation memorable.

However, we did encounter a few pitfalls. The check-in process felt slightly disorganized, and there were times when we faced challenges with room amenities that could have been better. Although we managed, it would have been more convenient if we had better communication options for the front desk.

For surf beginners, the nearby training sessions and mentorship are exceptional and very helpful in learning quickly.

The beachfront property allowed for stunning sunset views right from my room, making each evening magical.

Limited front desk hours caused confusion, and I had to track them down for basic services. The beach chairs cost extra, the cleanliness of the pool left something to be desired, and my room had a strong moldy smell that made for an uncomfortable night. No complimentary water in a hot environment and a lack of elevators made lugging bags up to my room a hassle.

My stay at Jaco Laguna Resort & Beach Club was simply delightful. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist and share local insights. I adored the stunning black sand beach, making leisurely strolls absolutely enchanting. Each evening, my friends and I enjoyed refreshing drinks at the vibrant beach bar while soaking in the picturesque sunset views.

This resort features friendly staff who provided fantastic service and a unique black sand beach experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the food was absolutely delightful.

The beachfront location is a major highlight, offering easy access to the quieter parts of the area while still being within reach of the main attractions. The restaurant impressed with delicious meals, particularly the bagels, enhancing the overall dining experience. Unfortunately, there were issues with the laundry service, which returned items damp and not well-folded. Additionally, I encountered some confusion with room reservations and check-in that detracted from our experience.
